RESPITE
With our respite services, families can have peace of mind knowing that their loved ones are in capable hands, allowing them to recharge, pursue personal interests, or simply take a well-deser- ved break. The well-being of our participants and Providing families with the reassurance that their loved ones are safe and secure is our #1 commitment. We are here to support families every step of the way, providing sincere and reliable care when they need it most. Whether it’s for a few hours or overnight stays, our respite services are tailored to meet the specific needs and preferen- ces of each individual and family.
Housing Tenancy
At Dedication Over Everything, we proudly deliver Housing Tenancy Support Services through Medicaid’s NJ FamilyCare (NJFC) Program as an approved 21st Century Cures Act provider.
Administered by the Division of Medical Assistance and Human Services (DMAHS), this initiative reinforces Dedication Over Everything’s mission to promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for our communities.
We understand that safe, stable, and affordable housing is essential to overall health and long-term well-being. That’s why our team provides hands-on, person-centered support to help each individual secure and maintain housing within their community—not in temporary or institutional settings.

Who is eligible for services from Dedication Over Everything?
We primarily support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). As an approved Medicaid provider for the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (NJ DDD), we work with individuals who are enrolled in NJ DDD and their families to provide person-centered care. If you are a recipient of Medicaid and have a Chronic Medical Condition, you may take advantage of our Housing Tenancy Services.
Do you support young adults transitioning out of school?
Yes. One of our core purposes is building meaningful connections with families, case managers, and counselors to support young adults during their transition into adulthood, ensuring they have a coordinated and well-rounded support system.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Paterson, NJ, and provide services throughout the state of New Jersey. Our focus is on community-based inclusion, meaning we meet our participants where they are—whether that is in their own homes or out in their local neighborhoods.
Do you provide services in residential settings?
We focus on Community-Based and Individual Support. At this time we provide care in the individual’s private home or within community settings to promote independence and dignity, rather than in institutional settings.

As a DSP, you will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living safe, fulfilling, and independent lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with activities of daily living.
- Assist with personal care activities..
- Ability to assist clients in participating in community-based activities.
- Able to promote and support community inclusion.
Requirements:
- Must be 18+ years old and possess a High School Diploma or GED.
- Mandatory NJ state fingerprint, background check, and Drug Screening.
- Safely drive or accompany individuals to appointments, activities, or work (if applicable).
